remember the applique piece that i put together to maybe stitch on while on my trip, well i didn't but have been working on it now....stitched the main design i had done, cut off excess fabric, probably crooked, that's okay and added some extras....now ready to stitch more...then back for borders and that in a nutshell is how i work...
That is so cute!! If I tried to work that way I'd end up with a jumbled mess!
ReplyDeleteI love it. It is so cute.
ReplyDeleteWonderful new piece. I decided to add a flag to my crow, after he was stitched, so I used yarn for the pole, so I could thread it under him.

That's fascinating....Don't laugh - but I thought quilting was very precise and exact....You can do "crooked??" Hey...there might be hope for me yet! Smiles ~ Robin
ReplyDeleteLove this one also....I do hope it's going to be a pattern.

Looks fantastic!
ReplyDeleteCheri, I so enjoy you showing your creative process, you see with your mind's eye, no sketching out first? Imperfections are perfect, very prim and relaxed approach to designing, what's not to love when I see baskets, flowers, birds.
ReplyDeleteI love it. It is primitive and would work well in my house..
ReplyDeleteOh I love it!!It's looking wonderful!
