the good, the bad and the ugly......



the good...... LoVE!!! the smell of Vicks Vaporub
the bad...... still coughing, sneezing and sniffling
the ugly...... needing to make sure my bladder is always empty!!! SnEEzinG! Oh MY GoSh!!! is it because i just turned 60?

well i did get the three little quilts, for the sew~a~long quilted and binding ready for hand stitching today.....despite my frequent potty breaks!!!!

    sorry to be LOL!!!!! but I don't think its a 60 thing maybe a 50 thing?

    Running to the loo is nothing to do with old age. (not saying your old at 60 cos I am older than you) However I have been to physio today for pelvic floor exercises. It's these little blighters that are letting you down so it seems. It's going to take me twelve weeks of exercise before I see any improvement. I am glad I aint got a cold like you, but I hope you get better soon.

    I'm so sorry to hear you are under the weather Cheri. After over two weeks mine is starting to go away. And boy do I understand about the bladder LOL! And my tendency is to put off the bathroom visit as long as I can when I'm sewing. Not a good idea at our young ages.
