three bowls full.....

from bowl number three's bits and pieces.....






cutting for each Goose Tracks block.....
from light cut....
four - 1&1/2" x 2&1/2"
four - 1&1/2" squares
two - 2&1/4" square, cut diagonally twice

from dark cut.....
one - 1&1/2" square
two - 2&7/8" square, cut once diagonally
two - 2&1/4" square, cut diagonally twice

cut four red squares - 5&1/2"

finished block is 5"

three bowls full.....

quilt made from muslin and pumpkin pieces in the second bowl.....






cutting for each block.....
from muslin - two - 2" squares
six - 2" x 3 & 1/2"
two - 2" x 5"
from pumpkin - two - 2" squares
one - 2" x 5"
two - 2" squares, cut once diagonally
three - 3 & 1/2" squares, cut twice diagonally






cutting for sashing and borders.....

sashing between blocks vertically cut - 2 & 1/2" wide
sashing between blocks horizontally cut - 4" wide
muslin border cut - 1 & 1/2" wide
pumpkin border cut - 4 & 1/2" wide

three bowls full.....

cutting for blocks......
center square - 1&1/2"
all strips used to border center square are cut 1&1/4" wide

all blocks use the same five fabrics - four dark to light
five light to dark
finished block size is 7"
