what a mess.....

spent my entire day out in my sewing room working on this, that and whatever.....boy did i ever create a big mess, piles of wool, fabric and papers everywhere, ahhh but truth be told it always looks this way, visit me anytime day or night, this is what you'll find and i like/need it to be this way kind of how my brain is a jumbled mess.....i do pick up occasionally and vacuum but then it all goes right back on the floor.....
p.s. thank goodness my tablet has spell check, i never knew that vacuum had two u's in it, obviously don't use it enough!!!
enjoy your week....

We are all so different as to how we create.....I have spend 1/2 the day tidying up! No where to cut....I am sure it won't last however. Thanks for sharing!

Glad someone else has 'creative messes' in their sewing room. My motto "if coming to visit with me, come any time, come to see a clean/neat sewing room, make a appointment".

It is what we called an organized mess, we know where everything is;)

What a huge studio! Usually when mine is messy it means I've been sewing and having a blast!!

I wouldn't mind spending a day in your workroom either working with all that wool.

You are so funny, it still amazes me vacuum is spelled the way it is. Your room looks fun!!

Your quilting room looks fine to me...it would have to be messier, though, to co pete with mine!

Cheri,
What a nice big studio for your creativity! I think it's great you can just leave it the way it is. Too cute about "vacuum"!

#1 - You have Lucy to help you quilt, the vacuum doesn't. #2 - My best friend and I took our granddaughters to the quilt shop with us, all 3 have excellent color sense and sew up a storm. You are giving Lucy an incredible gift - YOU! the mess will be fine.

I wish my sewing room was this big! I've always believed in the saying out of sight, out of mind. I get in trouble when I try to 'organize' - I always seem to know where it was, not where it is.

I always thought vacuum had an n on the end and only one u. How did I ever get this far in life not knowing how to spell vacuum. By profession, I'm a proofreader/copy editor. Guess there's not much call for vacuum in a story anymore. Love your sewing room. It doesn't really matter how messy your room is, the quilts that come out of it are all gorgeous and so imaginative. Thanks for a peek at your creativity.
