the three little quilts.....

the little quilt......
center uses twenty-five 1&1/2" squares.....
green inner border 2" wide strips.....
frame that with your thirty-two flying geese, eight on each side, corners are light & dark 3&1/4" squares, cut diagonally twice.....
last border 4&1/2" wide....
just a little bit more sewing today......

and this little quilt will be given away to one of you, maybe you haven't gotten a chance to make your own, don't quilt or just want another......leave me a comment and please make sure that i have a way to contact you.......

I love the little quilt! I have the perfect place for it in my kitchen. And today's my birthday...and I'm old...really, really old! :) I'm a big fan! I've got all your painting and quilting books from the 90's! I still love them and use them. Primitive design never gets old.

I love all three of these little quilts! My 4-year-old granddaughter has been asking me to save fabric squares for her so I can teach her to sew. I think we'll start with the center of this quilt. It will be perfect for her favorite doll (when finished!).

Flying geese to me is something that happens in the fall as the geese migrate south. So you can tell I am not a quilter.
