some have asked about the Four Knaves block......i was inspired by an antique quilt, found the block in one of the Around the Block books by Judy Hopkins but the center was a pieced square, which i didn't want.......so i figured up my own math, not exactly precise, of course, but it worked for my style.....
the center square is cut 4"
all the triangles are cut from 2&3/8" squares, cut once diagonally
my block finishes at 5&1/2" and my center square does float within the block, because of my unexact math.......

I absolutely love your quilt. Thanks so much for giving us the cutting measurements. Would you please tell me the fabric you used for the spacer blocks.
