pumpkin . oatmeal . raisin . white chocolate chip cookies



made these yesterday for quilt class.... YuMMy!

3/4 cup soften butter
1 & 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

2 cups flour
1 cup oats
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

add
1 cup raisins
1 cup white chocolate chips

bake at 375' for 10 to 12 minutes

I made these, substituting craisins for the raisins, and we all loved them, including my three-year-old granddaughter. Thanks for sharing.
