this is why I consider myself a primitive quilter.....sewing lots of pieces for Dresden Plates, all the wrong way, of course!

if at first you don't succeed try, try again and I got it right, still wonky and prim.....just the way I like it!

Ouch - hate it when I sew things upside down, inside out, backwards or just wrong! I am not just a quilter, I am an unquilter as well:)
Our dog is even "Rip" short for seam ripper.

your plates are delightful. Like you, the perfect look doesn't do anything for me. Personally I like to look at a quilt and know it has been made by a woman who loved her craft.
i think they're perfect! ~ how pretty they are and what an old pattern you're breathing new life into!
