crafts made.....

tomorrow I am hosting our Thursday Quilt class Christmas Gathering and we always have fun making a craft or two..... this year will be.....

a vintage white button tree.....

here's the how to for the clothespin snowflakes.......







I painted mine with a white glue and a little water mixture, sloppy and heavy..... then sprinkled with glitter.....

almost done.....

almost done painting my sewing room.....just this strip down one wall and the cabinet below......


today was a rainy day, so instead of painting I sewed the bindings on these two Christmas quilts to be new pattern designs soon.....



and for those of you who have been looking for this quilt pattern Country Seasons, a leaflet published by another company but no longer in print, I dug through all my old pattern papers and found it, so I will put this pattern on the website soon also......

no sensitivity.....

my hubby bought this "sensitive" plant a couple weeks ago.....never heard of such a plant but apparently you touch it's leaves gently and they curl/close up.....
well he left his plant in my care while out of town on business, only touched it once to show Lucy, watered it and now......
obviously this plant is a little too sensitive or I lack any.....
told him I was not" good" with house plants.....sorry dear :(
ps.....this is my tea dying sink, hence the brown stains or I'm a lousy housekeeper also!
