broken down already, patiently!!! waiting to be checked out & hopefully on our way again, spurting what i've been told is transmission fluid...
stopped one place got checked, then sent limping to another and we're only in Buckeye Az where it's now 118!!! the service waiting area feels good been driving without air for awhile now....
on the portion of the drive that was uneventful i started a pair of baby booties who knows my finish while waiting!

Oh, Cherie, I'm so sorry. There should be some magic wand you wave over your vehicle before you start your trip so there won't be any mechanical problems. Anxious, though, to see the booties. Stay cool; well, as cool as you can.

Oh yikes...That is a REAL bummer!! 118 degrees - really?!!! Have no idea what that would even feel like!! (Suppose that saying about "dry" heat wouldn't make you feel any better, hey?)...Hope you get things resolved quickly.....Hugs ~ Robin
