july's quilt...



here's a little primitive quilt for a july sewing day....
for all half square triangles cut 2&3/8" squares, cut in half diagonally, from some lights and dark scraps....
all squares are cut 2"....
border is 1&1/2"wide....

I really like this version and the checked border is a nice touch.
I have some brown and white homespun and I haven't made a mini quilt in awhile.
