i did cook us a real dinner last nite of homemade bread, fresh green salad and crock pot mac & cheese.....the mac & cheese was yummy and easy, love crock pot cooking, was able to take down and put away all the Christmas trimmings while dinner was simmering away....

going fabric shopping today for curtain fabric for baby Lucy's room but i'm sure since we're looking for it a quilt store grandma will be wandering through the reproduction and homespun fabrics while mommy looks at the pinks, sounds good to me.....

You tempt me with both your projects and the recipes. Mac and cheese is my hubby's favorite. If you are going to any of your local quilt shops I envy you. I would likely tell mommy to choose whatever she likes as I get back to brousing the repros and homespuns. I did some serious damage in Fat Quarters when I was there last October.
ok...Where or where do you find the best homespun fabrics? I'f I'm going to try this sewing thing...I must know!! Katie

I never did get a chance to go up to Mass and hit the quilt store, but it will make me use what I have and all the new goodies I got this year.

Mac and Cheese is one of my all-time favorite foods - especially the home made. Never heard of a crockpot version....definitely giving this a try. Thanks so much for sharing (and the calories!) ;o) Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin
