a sewing day.....

the weather man has assured me our heat & humidity will not be going away as soon as i would like and i've wasted too many days just laying around......so i put forth the effort to bring in some sewing needs and it has been so worth it, have already put together two little antique quilt inspired tops, working on my star blocks from Temecula Quilt Co.'s sew along and have started a new design.....fun to be back in the sewing chair.....
enjoy

Bonnie from Quiltville is doing a live quilt cam some evenings. Wish you would do the same. I would like to see your creative prim mind at work!

Good to read you are back sewing. I'm caught up with the 7 Stars and your alphabet, but have other projects in the works in various stages. I agree with Karen about a quilt cam. How enjoyable that would be.

It was 102 here on Thursday then cool with rain yesterday. You just have to love the weather in Oregon! Mostly it's cool mornings and gorgeous afternoons with nights cool enough to sleep during the summer.

Oh Cheri, the heat can be quite nasty. However, if it helps, when you set up to sew, you make it look quite enjoyable. Your designs are always addicting.

I just unpacked a small moving box that contained all the patterns I've purchased from you in the past and that made my day much nicer. Just wanted you to know. :-)
