outside of my fridge, lots and lots of magnets holding up lots and lots of fun family photos.....
inside my fridge, not too much right now, but there is always Diet Coke (my morning coffee), cottage cheese (only eat small Alta Dena containers), a little milk for Lucy and Greg (don't drink it myself, only use it on cereal), Stella (my choice in beer) and Bernard Jensen's Tart Cherry Concentrate (drink two tablespoons in a cup of water everyday, once, sometimes twice for my arthritic knee ...... found it to be the best at relieving the swelling and stiffness, don't go anywhere without it .....
went to our farmer's market yesterday, so now my fridge is full ......we eat lots of veggies, being vegetarian .......

wondering if there is a source for the cherry concentrate, don't think I've seen it here, my poor achy knees could use a morning pep talk.

I need to check out that Cherry concentrate as well....also the cottage cheese...one of my favorite foods!

I too am interested in the cherry concentrate!
Looks like everyone is interested in the black cherry concentrate. Is it something from the health food store? Would love to try it, aching knees as well.
Cheri, I see kale in your pile of veggie goodies. I love it....any special recipes you use it for? Always on the lookout for new ways to use it! Enjoying your posts!
Cheri, lose the milk and try almond or coconut milk. Its delish and so much better than cows milk for you :)
