Just saw your wonderful Merry Winter's Night quilt in the Winter 2012 issue of Primitive Quilts magazine. I've been looking for something to use some homespuns so now I wait for the issue. It's going to be a fun project.

My favorite is a warm piece of apple pie in a bowl with milk poured over . . . it's like cereal, right?

Hey, cake's no different than danish or sweet roll or donuts, etc. My fav for breakfast is actually brownies, but then chocolate is a universal food perfect for any meal, right? Thanks for sharing!

Mmmmm. Bakery cake. My favorite! By the way, I'm about to try tea-dyeing for the very first time and I'm using your recipe. One question - do I wash and dry my little quilt before tea-dyeing or after? Do I have to be careful about washing it later or does the dye really stick?

P.S. My mother uses the little quilt I won from you ALL THE TIME as a mug rug. Loves it. Thanks again.

Your post made me smile. I had a big slice of Lemon Pie for breakfast this morning. My argument was that it contains fruit. It's called LEMON Pie, right? lol
